Description
Direction:
15 to 20 eggs, 1 packet of Yin Onn Herbs Egg Spice, 200ml soya sauce, 200g sugar, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black soya sauce.
- Cook eggs to hard boiled separately. Break and crack eggs shells.
- Boil spices in separate pot. Add flavor to taste.
- Add hard boiled eggs with cracked shells to boiled spices. Level of water to be above eggs.
- Boil for duration of 2 hours for good taste.
