15 to 20 eggs, 1 packet of Yin Onn Herbs Egg Spice, 200ml soya sauce, 200g sugar, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black soya sauce.

  1. Cook eggs to hard boiled separately. Break and crack eggs shells.
  2. Boil spices in separate pot. Add flavor to taste.
  3. Add hard boiled eggs with cracked shells to boiled spices. Level of water to be above eggs.
  4. Boil for duration of 2 hours for good taste.
