Description
Directions:
1kg of bone meat, 6 large cloves of black / white garlics, black dark soy sauce, soy sauce seasoning, salt and rock sugar to taste.
- Clean the bone meat.
- Boil 2 liters or water in pot.
- Put the garlics in boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add in bone meat together with all seasoning.
- Boil with low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
