Directions:

1kg of bone meat, 6 large cloves of black / white garlics, black dark soy sauce, soy sauce seasoning, salt and rock sugar to taste.

  1. Clean the bone meat.
  2. Boil 2 liters or water in pot.
  3. Put the garlics in boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add in bone meat together with all seasoning.
  5. Boil with low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
